NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State athletics department announced Monday promotions for the Spartans' next two home basketball doubleheaders.

This Saturday's MEAC women's/men's doubleheader against Bethune-Cookman at Echols Hall has been designated Youth and Community Day. The women's game tips off at 4 p.m. and the men's at 6 p.m. All youth 17 and under get in free with a paying adult. Members of youth groups also get in free at the rate of 10 kids per one paying adult. Youth groups must submit an alphabetized list of children and chaperones to jccotton@nsu.edu or fax to (757) 823-2566. Call Craig Cotton at (757) 823-2667 to confirm receipt.
