NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk State University staff, alumni and fans have arranged a number of watch parties for the Spartan basketball team's second-round NCAA Tournament game against Missouri in the West Regional in Omaha, Neb.

Tip-off time is slated for 4:40 p.m. Eastern (3:40 p.m. Central), or 30 minutes following the conclusion of the Florida-Virginia matchup that starts at 2:10 (1:10 Central). The NSU-Missouri game will air live on TNT.
