NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State athletics department will host a second installment of the Spartan Basketball Fan Fest on Saturday, Feb. 7 outside Joseph Echols Hall prior to the NSU-Howard women's basketball game.
 
The fan fest will run from 1:30-3:45 p.m. outside the front entrance to Echols Hall, weather permitting. It will include music by DJ Vince, food, vendors and games.
 
There will also be limited tailgating and vendor spots outside Echols Hall, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. For prices and to reserve a space, contact Senior Associate Athletics Director Melody Webb at 757-823-8404.
 
There will be no fan parking in front of Echols Hall that day.
 
The Norfolk State-Howard basketball doubleheader begins at 4 p.m. on Feb. 7.
