PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – With most of their roster taking the week off from competition, the Norfolk State men's cross country team sent just a small contingent of runners to the Cappy Anderson Invitational on Saturday at Maryland Eastern Shore.
The Spartans had just three runners compete, with
Tyson Robinson taking 15th place overall with a time of 28 minutes, 38.90 seconds on the 8,000-meter course. Junior
Joseph Wanene was NSU's next highest finisher, coming in 24th in 29:49.4. Fellow junior
Tomas Fantaye posted a time of 30:54.20 and finished 29th.
