NORFOLK, Va. – Walk-on tryouts for the Norfolk State women's basketball team have been set for Oct. 14 at 7 p.m., the coaching staff announced. The tryouts will take place in Joseph Echols Hall.

Those wishing to participate must turn in a current physical form from a doctor to the NSU sports medicine staff and turn in an NCAA compliance form to the compliance staff.

NSU sports medicine is located on the south end of Gills Gymnasium, while the NSU compliance office is located in the sports annex building just west of the Dick Price Football Stadium and right across the street from the sports medicine department.

Deadline to turn in both forms and to confirm eligibility with the compliance office is Wednesday, Oct. 13.
