Parking Passes
Parking passes for the 2024 football season cost $50 for a season pass or $10 per game (first-come, first-served). Season passes can be bought in-person only at the NSU Ticket Office. Single-game parking passes can be bought the week of the game in-person only at the NSU Ticket Office or upon entry to the lots on game day. On-campus parking will cost $20 for Norfolk State's Homecoming matchup against Morgan State, while parking at Harbor Park, Lot D for Homecoming will be a $10 charge.
NSU Ticket Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. The NSU Ticket Center opens on gamedays at 10 a.m.
Faculty/Staff/Student Parking
All faculty, staff and students are required to have a decal in order to park on campus in the designated lots on game day on a first-come, first-served basis. Decals will be strictly enforced on game day or an event fee will be assessed.
For Reserved Decal holders, reserved spaces may be used during special event parking per Norfolk State University's Parking Policy and at the discretion of the University. This means that some individuals with “Reserved Parking” decals may not be able to secure their space during such activities. Gate 3, Gate 4, and Gate 9 will be accessible for parking.
Resident Decal holders, as per Norfolk State University’s Campus Parking Regulations, can access Gate 3 (Lots 22, 23 & 24), Gate 4 (Lot 16) and Gate 9 (Lot 7) for parking.
Game Day parking for Faculty/Staff and Commuter decal holders is restricted to a first come, first served basis.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle service will be provided to and from the stadium to the Presidential Parkway and Corprew Avenue lots, at the McDemmond Center and at Harbor Park when available. (NOTE - Harbor Park satellite lot WILL be available for homecoming on Oct. 26).
Typically, shuttle service will begin two hours prior to game time and up until two hours post-game. For homecoming on Oct. 26, the shuttle service will begin at 11 a.m.
Disability Parking
In an effort to keep up with the high demand for handicap accessible parking on game day, available parking for handicapped patrons has been increased to exceed the university’s current available spots to accommodate supply and demand. The goal of the Athletics Event Parking Plan is to provide a comprehensive program of high quality transportation and parking services in a dynamic University setting. The department has assessed the University’s parking program for special events and has recommended implementing best practices, safety procedures, and clear and effective communication techniques to enhance the current parking plan to assist with handicap accessible parking.
• For the general public, handicap accessible parking is designated in lots 9, 11 and 12. Patrons may purchase a prepaid parking pass in order to enter through gate 8 to park in the designated handicapped accessible lots. Passes can be purchased at the NSU ticket office prior to game day. Fans with a handicap placard must have a public parking pass or can pay for public parking entry at Gate 8.
• Handicap accessible parking is designated in lot 6 for NSUAF members with handicap placards on Presidential Parkway. To join NSUAF please go here.
• In addition to lots designated for handicap accessible parking there are also dedicated spaces available in each lot on Corprew Avenue for public parking.
• The gate on Gym Road will be utilized to allow a direct line from public parking to the stadium for a handicap accessible entrance directly into the stadium for ticket holders only. Patrons have several options to purchase tickets prior to game day.
• Athletics will continue to communicate and refocus the effort to include the new gate access change on campus announcement and athletics website.
