NORFOLK, Va. | The 2023-2024 Norfolk State University athletic year will start with the annual Spartan Golf Tournament, which will be held on Friday, July 14 at Bide-a-Wee Golf Course in Portsmouth. The event will benefit the NSU Athletics Foundation and Norfolk State Athletics.
 
Sponsorship opportunities are available. Contact co-chairs Ashley Avery (757-770-6618) or Al Steward (757-573-3966) to secure a sponsorship.
 
The cost of the tournament is $500 per foursome or $125 per golfer. Participation will be limited to 36 foursomes with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. To sign up, please contact the co-chairs to submit your team.
 
Bide-a-Wee Golf Course, a member of the United States Golf Association (USGA), is located at 1 Bide-a-Wee Lane in Portsmouth.
