NORFOLK, Va. --- Graduate guard Diamond Johnson received her sixth Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Player of the Week accolade of the season on Monday afternoon.
Johnson recorded 24 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and one block in a 69-53 win against Howard. She also shot 52.6 percent from the field in the win (10-of-19).
Norfolk State returns to action at Echols Hall on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. against South Carolina State.
