2010: An All-MEAC first team selection…voted to the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) all-state second team…the only Spartans to play and start in all 51 games…batted .364 – second on the team and 11th in the MEAC…led NSU and ranked third in the MEAC with 27 stolen bases and five triples…ranked 45th in the country in stolen bases per game (0.53) and 50th in total steals…tied for sixth in the MEAC with 72 hits…tied for ninth in the nation with nine outfield assists, all coming from right field…also hit five home runs and drove in 34, the best marks of his career…had 22 multi-hit games…was caught stealing just once in 28 attempts…went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and three runs scored in the tie game with FAMU (2-27-10)…went 7-for-9 with four runs scored, two doubles and a triple in the doubleheader sweep of N.C. Central (3-10-10)…tallied a career-best four hits in five at-bats of the nightcap, doubling twice and hitting one triple…had two hits, two RBI and scored twice in the win over ODU (3-23-10)…batted 3-for-5 with a triple and a home run in the loss to Coppin State (4-3-10)…compiled an 8-for-13 series with three double and two steals, both in the finale, against UMES (4-10 and 4-11-10)…finished 2-for-4 with a double in two of the three games at Bethune-Cookman (4-17 and 4-18-10)…batted 2-for-4 with an inside-the-park home run and three RBI vs. Virginia State (4-20-10)…went 6-for-12 with six runs scored and two home runs in the three-game series at Delaware State (4-24 and 4-25-10)…homered in the first and last games of that series, scoring three times in each game…also went 6-for-12 with five stolen bases in the series with FAMU (5-8 and 5-9-10)…recorded a 3-for-4 day with a season-high four RBI and one triple in the loss to Campbell (5-11-10)…scored three times and had three hits in the home finale loss to Longwood (5-16-10)…swiped three bases in NSU’s four MEAC Tournament games (5-20 through 5-22-10)…selected to play for the Peninsula Pilots of the Coastal Plain League (CPL) during the summer of 2010…batted .255 with 24 RBI and stole 27 bases, tops on the team and fifth in the Coastal Plain League…also tripled three times, which led the Pilots and tied for second in the CPL, and was second on the team with 46 hits…helped the Pilots advance to the Petitt Cup semifinals.
2009: An All-MEAC second-team selection for the second straight year…one of three NSU players to start in all 45 games…finished fourth among the Spartans and 18th in the MEAC with a .332 batting average…led the conference with seven triples…ranked eighth in the nation in triples per game (0.16)…also led the team in at-bats (187), hits (62), runs scored (48) and multi-hit games…also tallied three home runs, five doubles and 27 RBI…started off the year with three straight two-hit games, going 6-for-12 in the HBCU tournament on 2-21 and 2-22-09…tripled twice in the first game with Savannah State (2-22-09)…hit his first homer of the season, a three-run blast, at East Carolina (3-18-09)…was 2-for-3 with three runs scored in the win over N.C. A&T (3-21-09)…scored a career-high five runs during a 3-for-6 game at Coppin State (3-31-09)…hit his second homer of the season while driving in four runs in the third win over Coppin State (4-13-09)…ended the season on a 10-game hitting streak, including consecutive three-hit outings against Hofstra (5-10-09) and in MEAC Tournament games against Bethune-Cookman (5-14-09) and Delaware State (5-15-09)…named to the MEAC All-Tournament Team after leading NSU with nine hits in the four games (9-for-17, .529).
2008: An All-MEAC second-team selection as a freshman…named the team’s Rookie of the Year…only player other than Chris Joyce to start all 49 games…served as the team’s lead-off batter much of the season…was fourth on the team with a .293 batting average…tied for second on the squad in hits (55) and tied for second in runs scored (39)…hit eight doubles, two triples and homered once…knocked in 13 runs…went 3-for-4 with a run scored in his second career game, against Chicago State (2-24-08)…that was the first of his 14 multi-hit games on the year…scored four runs in the three-game series sweep of N.C. Central (3-9-08 and 3-10-08)…finished 2-for-4 with a season-high three runs scored and an RBI in the win over Old Dominion (3-26-08)…tied his season high with three hits against Liberty (4-2-08)…enjoyed a season-long 10-game hitting streak from 4-26-08 to 5-11-08…singled twice and scored twice in the win at Gardner-Webb (5-10-08)…again matched his season high with three hits, including a pair of doubles, in the MEAC Tournament win over Delaware State (5-16-08).
High School: A second-team All-Peninsula District outfielder as a senior…batted .491 with three home runs, eight doubles and 10 stolen bases that season…was 1-0 in limited duty on the mound…also lettered in track and football.
