2007 (Junior Year)
Played and started in all 51 games…moved to first base after the departure of All-MEAC first baseman Allison Greene…went 2-0 in seven appearances with a 2.40 ERA in the pitching circle for the Spartans…hit .246 with 34 hits in 138 at-bats…had 28 runs, 25 RBI, nine doubles, and three home runs on the season…led the team with 348 putouts and had a .979 fielding percentage…drew a team-high 21 walks for the season…had seven sacrifice hits for the season…earned her first win of the season in a five-inning three-hit complete game shutout against Coppin State (4-14-07)…struck out a season-high four batters and walked one in that game…second win of the season was also a complete game…had the best ERA and lowest opponent batting average of the Spartan pitching staff…gave up four hits and one run while striking out two in a seven inning, 4-1 win at Hampton (5-6-07)…did not give up an earned run in her last four appearances, which spanned 15.0 innings…only gave up one home run all season…tied for first on the team in games played and started…ranks second among returning players in runs scored and third in RBI and at-bats…went 2-for-2 with two runs, two doubles, and two walks against Canisius (2-25-07)…had a season-high three hits in the first game of a doubleheader with Akron (3-20-07)…was 2-for-5 with two RBI and a double in the second game of the doubleheader at Howard (3-25-07)…had a season-high three RBI on three occasions…was a combined 4-for-7 with five RBI, five runs, and a home run in the MEAC doubleheader against Bethune-Cookman (4-7-07)…went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and a homer in the second game against North Carolina A&T (4-6-07).

Played and started in 49 games…split time between pitching and playing third base…went 3-8 in 14 appearances with a 4.37 ERA as a pitcher…started 10 games on the pitching rubber and tossed five complete games…struck out 44 batters for the season (19 looking)…led the team and ranked third in the MEAC with 11 home runs…set the school’s Division I single-season home run record…led the team with 17 extra-base hits and a .602 slugging percentage…was seventh in the MEAC in slugging percentage…tied for third on the team with 27 RBI…also drew 18 walks, good for second on the squad…batted .285 and had nine games with at least two hits…pitched a complete game to earn her first win of the season at South Carolina State (3-18-06), striking out five…had a solo homer, an RBI single and a two-run double to finish 3-for-4 with three RBI in game one of the South Carolina State doubleheader (3-18-06)…went 3-for-6 with a solo homer and two RBI in the second of two games against North Carolina A&T (3-28-06)…struck out a career-high 12 batters and allowed just four hits in a 4-2 complete-game win over Maryland-Eastern Shore (4-5-06)…tossed a two-hit shutout and struck out four in an 11-0 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore at the MEAC Roundup (4-9-09)… hit two home runs and drove in a career-high five runs in her first multi-homer game of the season, a 16-4 win over South Carolina State (4-14-06)…went 3-for-3 and had a solo homer, a three-run homer and an RBI single in that game…had an RBI double, a two-run home run and a solo home run to record her second multi-homer game of the year in game two of a doubleheader at Hampton (4-29-06)… also hit home runs in games against Hampton (3-3-06), Brown (3-10-06), Coppin State (4-2-06), James Madison (4-19-06) and Maryland-Eastern Shore (4-29-06).
2005 (Freshman Year)
Saw extensive playing time at third base and on the pitching rubber in her freshman season…pitched in 21 games, starting 18 and tossing 10 complete games…went 5-14 with a 2.61 ERA…was seventh in the MEAC in ERA and fifth in fewest walks allowed (19)…opponents batted just .265 against her…pitched the team’s only shutout of the year, a two-hitter with two walks and four strikeouts in the first game of a doubleheader sweep of Coppin State (4-21-05)…struck out a season-high six batters and gave up two earned runs against South Carolina State (3-18-05)…allowed two earned runs or fewer in 12 of her appearances…earned the win in her first career start, yielding three earned runs and four hits over seven innings against Morgan State (2-20-05)…pitched a complete game and allowed just two unearned runs in a loss to George Mason (2-25-05)…struck out four and gave up just one run and three hits in a complete-game loss to Delaware State (3-29-05)…also had 10 hits in 58 at-bats, including one double, one triple and three runs batted in…drove in two runs in the first game of a doubleheader with Hampton (3-3-05)…was 2-for-4 and scored two runs in the second game against Morgan State (2-20-05)…also had two hits against South Carolina State (3-18-05).
High School
A four-year star at Woodside for coach Mike Tallon…selected to play in the Virginia High School Coaches Association All-Star softball game after her senior season…went 17-5 with an ERA of 0.55 with 198 strikeouts in 152 innings as a senior, and also batted over .440 with 31 runs scored and 38 RBI…helped team to an 80-14 record in her four years, including a state Group AAA championship her freshman season in 2001…career pitching record in high school was 61-10, had an ERA of 0.60, struck out more than 600 batters and tossed eight no-hitters, three of them perfect games…also batted better than .480 for her career…was a four-time first-team All-Peninsula District and All-Eastern Region selection…named the Softball Player of the Year in the Peninsula District and by The Daily Press her final three years…was honorable mention all-state as an outfielder her freshman season.
