2014-15: Indoor: Ran a season-best 400-meter dash time of 49.07 seconds at the Penn State National, good for second place … Also ran on NSU’s 4x400 relay teams, which posted a top indoor time of 3:22.73 en route to sixth place at the Penn State Relays … Also took fifth in the 200 meters at the PSU Relays in a top indoor time of 22.02 seconds … Ran a 22.16 to take third at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational. Outdoor: Smashed his 200m PR with a winning time of 20.76 seconds at the Hampton Relays, the fastest time in the MEAC during 2015 … Also was fourth in the 400m at the same meet in 47.31 seconds … Clocked a 21.39, his second-fastest 200m time of the year, while placing third at the Colonial Relays … Helped the NSU 4x200 relay team take second in the same meet (1:27.64) … Took second place overall and first among collegiate runners in the 400 meters at Morgan State, clocking a PR of 47.20 seconds … Ran a leg on NSU’s fastest 4x400 relay team of the year at the Virginia Cup (3:23.61), which earned third place … Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

2013-14: Indoor: Competed only in the 4x400 relay during indoor season … Helped the Spartans take 12th with their season-best time of 3:28.81 at the Hokie Invitational. Outdoor: Ran PRs in both the 200 and 400 meters at Morgan State … Placed fourth in the 200 in 21.41 seconds … Ran a time of 47.72 to place sixth in the 400 … won both the 200 (21.45) and 400 (48.25) at UNC’s Joe Hilton Invitational, earning MEAC Track Athlete of the Week accolades … Clocked a time of 48.66 to finish third at the Virginia Cup … Given the team’s Marvin Prince Award for outstanding performance on the track … Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.

2012-13: Indoor: Took part in just one meet, the CNU Holiday Open … Ran the open 400 meters and with the 4x400 relay team at CNU. Outdoor: Ran a PR and won the 400 meters at the William & Mary Tribe Invitational (48.49) … Qualified for the MEAC in that event … Ran a time of 49.56 in the prelims at the MEAC Outdoor Championship, placing 14th … Also ran with NSU’s 4x400 relay team at the conference outdoor meet.
