Biography

    2007-08: Cross Country: All-MEAC for the third straight year…placed second at the conference championship in 25:24, second only to teammate Dominic Luka…ran a season-best time of 25:01, the second-fastest time for a MEAC runner during the season, at the Tribe Open…placed third at the Tribe Open…ran 25:08 on two occasions, at the Lou Onesty Invitational and the Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge…paced the Spartan runners in both of those meets, coming in fifth and 18th overall, respectively.
    2006-07: Cross Country: Earned his second consecutive All-MEAC recognition by running the 8k championship course in 26:22.40, good for sixth place…ran his fastest 8k time of the season at the Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind. (25:41). Indoor Track: Ran a season-best time of 4:23.24 in the mile at the New Balance Invitational…placed seventh in the mile (4:27.29) and fourth in the 5,000 (15:50.20) at the conference indoor championship…also ran a leg on the winning distance medley relay team at the MEAC championship (10:17.41). Outdoor Track: Placed second in the 5,000 (15:41.67) and eighth in the 1,500 (4:10.07) at the MEAC championship…finished fourth in the 1,500 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (3:58.92)…placed third in the 800 (1:59.42) at the DSU Invitational, his only time running that distance all season. 
    2005-06: Cross Country: Named the team’s Rookie of the Year…ran his season-best 8k time and earned All-MEAC honors with a second place finish at the conference championship (23:40.1)…also earned All-Southeast Region recognition after coming in 20th in the 10k race (30:40.4)…finished second at the UMES Lid-Lifter (25:01) and fourth at the Great American Cross Country Festival (24:41.2)…ran a 24:46.3 at the Pre-Nationals at Indiana State. Indoor Track: Was MEAC runner-up in the 5,000 meters (15:15.08) and ran on the winning distance medley relay team at the conference championship…ran on the distance medley relay team that ran an NCAA Championship provisional qualifying time at the HBCU Indoor Classic (9:40.44)…placed third in the 5,000 (15:34.18) and ran on the winning distance medley relay team at UMES’ Coach O Invitational. Outdoor Track: Came in fourth in the 5,000 (15:29.70) and eighth in the 1,500 (4:03.38) at the conference outdoor championship…placed second in the 1,500 (4:04.68) at the CNU 3-Way Meet.
