2017-18: Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters and was selected to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Picked up All-MEAC cross country honors for the second straight year … Ran a PR of 18:35.6 to place fifth at the MEAC Championship … Took third place at the Cappy Anderson Invitational hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore, clocking a time of 19:02.9. Indoor: Posted top-10 finishes in the 800 meters at both the Penn State National (2:20.46) and Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational at Liberty (2:18.40) … Placed 11^th in the mile at the VMI Winter Relays (5:14.20) … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Championship in both the mile and 3,000 meters … Ran a leg on NSU’s gold medal-winning distance medley relay team (11:59.52). Outdoor: Competed in events ranging from the 400 to the 1,500 meters … Opened outdoor season by placing fifth in the 1,500 at the Weems Baskin Relays (4:47.14) … Placed in the top 10 in the 400 (fourth, 59.34) and 1,500 (seventh, 4:41.08) and with the 4x400 relay (fifth place) … Earned top-five finishes in the 800 at the Charlotte Invitational (third, 2:12.47) and Virginia Grand Prix (third, PR of 2:10.38) and in the 1,500 at the VSU Trojan Invitational (second, 4:42.02) … Also ran a PR of 58.53 in the 400 at the Charlotte Invite … Scored in both the 800 and 1,500 at the conference outdoor meet … Posted a fifth-place time of 2:11.56 in the 800 and a third-place effort of 4:36.70 (PR) in the 1,500 at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Also ran a leg on NSU’s seventh-place 4x400 relay team at the conference meet.

2016-17: Member of the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters and a member of the MEAC All-Academic Team … Named the track and field team’s Most Improved athlete. Cross Country: Earned her first career All-MEAC cross country honor … Led the Spartans in all five races … Named the cross country team’s MVP … Made her Spartan debut with a seventh-place finish at the Maryland Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invitational in a time of 19:41.7 … Recorded her second top-10 finish, crossing the line in 10th with a time of 20:20.79 at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational … Finished 16th at the George Mason Invitational with a time of 24:30.7 … Completed the 5K course at the Lee Hall Mansion in a time of 22:57, placing seventh at the Christopher Newport Invitational … Ran a season-best time of 18:38.79, good for a sixth-place finish at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship … Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters. Junior College: Earned NAIA All-America honors in the 800 meters as a sophomore at Wiley, placing seventh at the national meet in a PR of 2:12.82 … Was the Red River Conference champion in the 400 meters and third-place finisher in the 1,500 meters as a freshman.

High School: Named the top female athlete at her school … Placed sixth at the Jamaica National Championship (ISSA) meet as a senior in both the 800 and 1,500 meter races as a senior.
