2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Outdoor: Fourth in the javelin and sixth in the hammer throw (140-8) at the Chanticleer Challenge (95-3) … Also competed at the Gamecock Invitational and U.Va. Grand Prix … Placed in the top six in all three of her throwing events at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Took third in the discus (125-1), sixth in the hammer (PR, 155-0) and fifth in the javelin (92-9).

2019-20: Named to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team. Indoor: Placed fifth in the weight throw at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational with a top throw of 47-9.75 … Also competed at meets at Albany, South Carolina, VMI and Liberty … Qualified for the MEAC championships in the weight throw, but did not place. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19: Indoor: Placed 11th in the weight throw at Virginia Tech (43-3.75) … Finished 28th with a best weight throw of 48-6.25 at the Penn State National … Set a new indoor PR in the shot put with a top throw of 38-3.25 at Liberty, which was good for 12th place … Posted a PR in the weight throw at the MEAC Indoor Championships of 51-5.5. Outdoor: Opened outdoor season with three top-10 finishes in the discus, hammer and javelin throws at the Fred Hardy Invitational … Her best hammer throw of 145-0 was a new PR … Placed eighth in both the discus and javelin at the Charlotte Invitational … Competed in all three throws at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … PRed and scored in two of them, taking runner-up in the discus (142-11) and sixth in the javelin (98-9).

2017-18: Indoor: Opened indoor season by finishing as runner-up in the shot put at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (37-5.25) … Also placed in the top 20 at the Keydet Invitational (17th), Penn State National (14th) and Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (17th) in three straight meets. Outdoor: Finished in the top 10 in both the javelin (89-10, seventh place) and discus (124-2, fifth place) at the VSU Trojan Invitational ... The 89-10 represented a new collegiate best … Also posted a collegiate best of 139-5 in the discus at the Virginia Grand Prix, good for ninth place … Earned fifth at the MEAC Outdoor Championship in the discus with a best throw of 137-7.

2016-17: Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Indoor: Threw the shot put at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (12th place) and the MEAC Indoor Championships (15th place). Outdoor: Won the discus throw (123-11) at the Tribe Invitational to kick off outdoor season … Logged 13th-place finishes in the javelin at both the Charlotte Invitational and Morgan State Legacy Meet … Finished eighth in both the javelin (89-9) and discus (127-1) at the Virginia Grand Prix … Was 10th in the discus at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (123-5) while also placing 13th in the javelin (75-0).
 
High School: Four-year letterwinner in volleyball and track and field and two in swimming … Won the state title in the discus as a junior and senior, while also helping Charles H.
