2018-19: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Earned top-10 finishes at Virginia Tech in the 60m hurdles and with the 4x400 relay … Ran the 600 meters at Penn State, finishing eighth in 1:54.07 … Finished fourth in the long jump (17-2) and seventh in the triple jump (34-7.5) at the Liberty Flames Invitational … Registered an indoor PR in the long jump at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a mark of 17-11.75, good for fourth place … Also took seventh in the pentathlon at the conference indoor meet, with 3,168 points. Outdoor: Finished sixth in the long jump at the Colonial Relays (17-1.5) … Placed ninth in the javelin throw at the Charlotte Invitational (93-0).

2017-18: Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: NSU’s top athlete in the multis … Fifth-place finisher in the pentathlon at the MEAC Indoor Championships, where she compiled a personal-best 3,290 points … Also placed third in the pentathlon at the VMI Winter Relays, with 3,026 points … Finished in the top six in the 60 hurdles (9.21 seconds), high jump (4-9) and long jump (16-11.25) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational. Outdoor: Opened outdoor season by placing 10th in the javelin (102-5, season best) at the Weems Baskin Relays … Compiled top-six finishes in five events at the Fred Hardy Invitational: placed third in the javelin, fourth in both the 100 hurdles (15.17) and long jump (17-1.5), fifth in the 4x400 relay and sixth in the 400 meters … Recorded 4,389 points in the heptathlon at the Charlotte Invitational, good for fourth place … Placed fourth in the 100 hurdles (15.38) and javelin throw (100-6) at the VSU Trojan Invitational … Posted season bests in the 400 meters (59.96), 100 hurdles (14.64) and long jump (17-10.25) at the Virginia Grand Prix … Was fifth in the heptathlon at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, posting a PR of 4,731 points.

Junior College: Earned a total of three NJCAA All-America honors in multi-event competitions during her two years at Iowa Western Community College … Was a two-time indoor All-American in the pentathlon … Placed eighth at the NJCAA indoor meet as a freshman with 3,049 points, then took seventh as a sophomore with a personal-best tally of 3,238 points … In the heptathlon, scored a personal-best 4,436 points at the Reiver’s April Fools Classic as a sophomore … Was NJCAA Region XI champ in the heptathlon as a sophomore and placed 11th at the national meet … Came in sixth to earn NJCAA Outdoor All-America honors in the heptathlon as a freshman, scoring 4,344 points.
