2018-19: Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters and was selected to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Competed in three meets in the pole vault, the Virginia Tech, Liberty and JDL invitationals.
Outdoor: Competed in the long jump at the Fred Hardy Invitational, placing 16th.

Indoor: Competed in one meet, running the 800 meters and 4x400 relay at the Keydet Invitational hosted by VMI.
Outdoor: Ran in five meets during outdoor season … Placed fifth in the 800 at the VSU Trojan Invitational … Also came in ninth in the 1,500 at the same meet.
2016-17: Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Ran the mile at the CNU Holiday Open and Vince Brown Invitational, running a season-best time of 5:49.27 at the latter … Ran the 3,000 at the Art & Linda
Maillet UNC Open and the Vince Brown Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in the mile and 3,000 meters at the Tribe Invitational … Was
16th in the mile in 6:09.56.

High School: A four-year
letterwinner in track at Highland Springs … Also played two years of field hockey and participated one year each in wrestling, cheerleading, cross country and gymnastics … Competed in the sprints and jumps on the track team … Was team MVP as a senior after running a leg on the Highland Springs all-state
4x400 meter outdoor relay team … Was runner-up in the triple jump and placed third in both the high jump and long jump at the outdoor conference meet … Also was runner-up in the triple jump at the indoor conference championship her senior year … Was an honor roll student.
