2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: All-MEAC performer for the second time in her career … Earned a ninth-place showing at the MEAC Championships with a season-best time of 19:11.6 … Was 34th at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational (6K PR of 22:41) and 39th at the Cavalier Classic (19:49.3 for 5K). Indoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000m at the season-opener, the CNU Holiday Open … Also competed in the 5,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational … Finished fourth in the 5K at the MEAC Indoor Championships in 18:54.44, a new indoor PR. Cross Country: Named the cross country team’s Most Improved runner for 2018 … Top finish was a 16th-place showing at the MEAC Cross Country Championship .. Completed the 5K championship course in 20:13.7 … Ran a 6K PR at East Carolina, posting a time of 23:42. Indoor: Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (20:36.36) … Three weeks later, finished third in the 5K (19:13.86) and 12th in the 3,000 (11:19.00) at the Liberty Flames Invite … Finished 11th in the 3,000 at the JDL Invitational (10:56.61) … Took home two top-eight finishes at the MEAC Indoor Championship … Was sixth in the 5,000 (season-best 19:02.38) and eighth in the 3,000 (season-best 10:50.36).
