2021 (Junior Year): Named to the All-MEAC second team at third base, NSU’s first all-conference third baseman since 2014 … Member of the AD’s Honor Roll both semesters … Played in all 39 games and made 36 starts, including 26 at third, eight at second base, and two at DP … Hit .305 on the year in 95 at bats, totaling 14 runs on 29 hits with six doubles, one triple, four home runs, 21 RBI, 12 walks and four stolen bases … Held a .516 slugging percentage and a .391 on-base percentage … Batted 15-of-48 (.313) with runners on base, 10-of-27 (.370) with runners in scoring position … Tied for fourth in the MEAC in home runs (4) … Had seven multi-hit games on the year and six games with at least two or more RBI … Hit 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in a game 1 win over Coppin State on April 2, and batted 2-for-2 – a double and a home run – with two runs and three RBI in the second game … Also went 2-for-2 with two RBI in game 2 against CSU on April 3 … Hit 2-for-3 with two RBI in a game 2 win at Delaware State on April 23, and 3-for-3 with a double, triple and run scored in a game 1 win the next day … Walked twice and hit a solo home run and a double in a game 1 win over Howard on March 20 … The following day, hit another double and drove in two runs in another game 1 victory … Smacked a home run and hit 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBI in a game 1 win over Cleveland State on March 6.
2020 (Sophomore Year): Member of the AD’s Honor Roll both semesters and the MEAC All-Academic Team … Competed in 17 games and made 17 starts on the season before it was shut down due to COVID-19 … Made all 17 starts at second base … Hit .244 in 41 at bats with two runs, 10 hits, two doubles, four RBI and two walks … In a game 2 win against Fairleigh Dickinson on Feb. 28, hit 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI … Hit a double in game 1 … Had another double on Feb. 20 against Radford, part of a 2-for-2 game with a run scored … Batted 2-for-3 with a run scored in a win over Robert Morris on Feb. 9 … Drove in a run in a win at Maryland Eastern Shore on March 12 … Also had an RBI versus Marshall on March 1.
2019 (Freshman Year): Competed in 40 games and made 30 starts on the year … Started 28 games at second base and two at shortstop … Member of the AD’s Honor Roll in both semesters … Batted .230 with six runs, 20 hits, two doubles a triple, 15 RBI, six walks and four stolen bases … Had three multi-hit games on the year, including a 2-for-2 effort with two RBI in a game 1 win over Coppin State on April 12 … Batted 2-for-2 with a double, a run scored and two walks in game 1 at Hampton on April 10 … Also hit 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI in a game 1 win at Delaware State on April 19 … Drove in the only run of the game with a fielder’s choice in the bottom of the second in a 1-0 win over Albany on March 10 … Drove in two runs and scored once while hitting 1-for-3 in a game 2 win over Maryland Eastern Shore on March 30 … Also completed a five-game hitting streak from March 23-30, going a combined 5-for-15 during that time with six RBI … Had two of those RBI in a win over Morgan State on March 23 … Drove in two runs, had a stolen base, and went 1-for-1 with a run scored in a game 1 win over North Carolina A&T on March 15 … Went a combined 2-for-3 with a run, a double and two RBI in back-to-back games against St. Bonaventure on Feb. 25 and Buffalo on March 1.
High School: Competed on the varsity softball team at Appomattox County HS all four years … Named the Dogwood District Player of the Year as a senior … Named second-team all-state at the 2C level as a shortstop … Also earned first team All-Dogwood District and first team All-Region 2C honors … Led Appomattox to the district and regional championships before falling in the state quarterfinal round … Batted .532 with six home runs, 38 RBI and a .935 slugging percentage … Batted .383 with three home runs and 15 RBI her junior year … Earned second-team All-Dogwood District that year … Was honorable mention All-Dogwood District her freshman and sophomore seasons … Batted .410 with four home runs and 24 RBI as a sophomore … Earned the team’s Raider Award … Batted .390 her freshman year, earning honorable mention All-Area from the News & Advance.
