2018-19: Indoor: Placed third in the shot put at the CNU Captains Invitational with a top throw of 44-3.5 … Season-best throw was 44-11 in a 10th-place showing at the JDL DMR Invitational … Placed ninth at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a top throw of 44-3.5 Outdoor: Notched a fifth-place finish in the javelin (95-3) and 10th place in the shot put (38-1.25) at the Fred Hardy Invitational … Notched a personal-best javelin throw of 101 feet, 8 inches at the Charlotte Invitational, good for 10th place … Was 10th in the shot put at the Virginia Grand Prix … Finished eighth with a PR of 45-8 in the shot at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.
