Indoor: Threw the shot put at three indoor meets, the Virginia Beach Invitational, Brant Tolsma Invitational and Kenneth Giles Invite … Season-best throw was 50-2.5 at the Virginia Beach meet … Won the shot at the Kenneth Giles invite (49-7), winning MEAC Field Athlete of the Week honors.
Outdoor: Placed in the top seven at all three regular-season meets in which he competed … was seventh after a personal-best throw of 51-5 at the Gamecock Invitational … Took fourth in the MEAC in the shot (48-8.75) and seventh in the hammer (PR of 124-5).
