2022-23: Earned MEAC All-Academic Team honors and was named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters …. Also selected to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Cross Country: Capped off second cross country season with runner-up finish at the MEAC Cross Country Championships, completing the 5k course in 18:44.4 (personal record) … Competed in six meets … Opened the season at the Spider Alumni Open, running the 4k in 15:27.6 … Set a career-best in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (22:43.0) … Qualified for the NCAA Southeast Regional meet, where she posted a 6k time of 22:59.0 Indoor: Competed in the high jump, mile, 800 meters, 3,000 meters, and 4x400 relays … Took sixth at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational in the 3,000 meters with a personal record of 11:17.90 … Nabbed a pair of top-five finishes in the mile (5th – 5:29.85) and high jump (3rd – 5-1) … Set a PR of 5:28.88 in the mile at the Winter Classic … Won the high jump at the 60th Annual East Coast Invitational (5-1.75), while finishing runner-up in the 800 meters (2:15.76) … Took second in the 800 meters at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 800 meters (2:12.69) and helped lead the distance medley relay team to gold (12:02.20) … Also earned points for the Spartans in the 3,000 meters and 4x400 relay at the conference meet. Outdoor: Did not compete.
 
2021-22: Earned MEAC All-Academic Team honors and was named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: Competed on the cross country team for the first time … Was 12th at the George Mason Invitational … Picked up All-MEAC honors with a season-best 5K time of 19:52.2. Indoor: Competed in the high jump, the middle-distance events, and the 4x400 … Placed 10th in the high jump at Penn State with a top clearance of 5-3 … Was third in the high jump and fourth in the 800 at the East Coast Invitational … MEAC champion in the high jump with a top height of 5-1.25 … Also helped the DMR team place third and the 4x400 relay fourth at the conference championship … Registered a season-best in the mile (5:29.02) to finish eighth in that event. Outdoor: Competed in the high jump in five meets … Cleared at least 5-3 in four of those … Placed eighth at the Colonial Relays (5-3.25) and Duke Invitational (5-3) … Won the high jump at the NSU Invitational with a collegiate-best jump of 5-4.5 … Took second at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a top clearance of 5-4.25.

2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters and was named the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Competed in just one meet, the Gamecock Opener. Outdoor: Cleared 5-1 to place eighth at the Virginia Grand Prix.

2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters. Indoor: Notched a season-best and indoor high jump PR by clearing 5-5 at the Albany Great Dane Classic … Was second in the event at the meet … Was seventh in the high jump at the Gamecock Opener with a top clearance of 5-1 … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Championships, where she placed 10th. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Competed her senior year at Western Branch after living in Vilseck, Germany previously … As a senior, was region champion in the high jump … Also ran the 800 meters and long jumped … As a junior in Germany was a basketball and track standout who was named her school’s Female Athlete of the Year … Was an all-region and All-Europe selection in basketball after helping her team to third place at its championship tournament … Matched a school record in the high jump and was named the women’s track team’s MVP … Also played varsity basketball as a freshman and sophomore.
