Indoor: Competed in two meets, both in the 60 hurdles event … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with an 8.53 at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational, posting an 8.42 at the MEAC meet.
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the decathlon at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, including a trio of runner-up finishes in the 100, 110 hurdles, and long jump portions of the event.

Community College: Attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Arizona … Played two years of basketball … Played in 29 games as a freshman and averaged 2.1 points per game … As a sophomore, started 30 times in 31 games played and posted averages of 8.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.9 steals per game.
