Biography

2007 (Sophomore Season)
Played in 47 games, starting 46 in center field…batted .264 in 141 at-bats…scored 22 runs and knocked in four…had eight games with two hits…was second on the team in stolen bases (11-for-13)…went 2-for-4 with one double and one stolen base in the opener against Alabama A&M (2-3-07)…also had one double and one stolen base against St. Joseph’s (2-11-07)…went 2-for-3 against North Carolina A&T with a double and a run scored (3-24-07)…stole two bases and scored twice against Coppin State (4-01-07)…went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI against Longwood (4-25-07)…went 5-for-15 with two runs scored in NSU’s four MEAC Tournament games…named to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team.

2006 (Freshman Season)
Played in 13 games, starting four…batted .238 in 21 at-bats…was 4-for-5 in stolen bases…had first career hit against Iona (2-24-06)…went 1-for-3 with two runs scored and two stolen bases at North Carolina A&T (3-26-06)…had a run-scoring single for his first career RBI against Longwood (4-6-06).

At The Peddie School
Played baseball and football during his prep year…batted .367 with 33 stolen bases, 15 RBI and 30 runs scored…helped team win the Prep A League state championship.

High School: Played varsity football and baseball all four years at St. John Neumann…earned first team All-Catholic and All-City honors in football and first team All-Catholic and third team All-City recognition in baseball as a senior… made first team All-Catholic and second team All-City in football and third team All-Catholic in baseball as a junior…broke the school record with 18 touchdowns as a freshman…scored 38 points in one football game, which was a Philadelphia Catholic League record at the time.
