Walked onto the team prior to the season…pitched in one game, against Sacred Heart (2-25-07).

At NSU
Enrolled at NSU in the fall of 2005…joined the team as a walk-on in the spring of 2007.

High School
Lettered four years at Green Run…an honorable mention All-Beach District pick as a junior and second team selection as a senior in the outfield…also lettered two years in volleyball and was an honorable mention all-district pick as an outside hitter his senior season.

Christopher Thomas Newcomb was born on December 29, 1986…son of William and Martha Newcomb…majoring in physical education.
