2017 (Freshman): After serving as a reserve early in the season, claimed the starting shortstop role over the last month of the season … For the year, started 19 times in 24 games and hit .290 … Drove in 11 runs, scored nine times and doubled three times … Had a pinch-hit RBI single in his first college at-bat, in the series finale against Villanova … Hit a two-run single in a win over Maryland Eastern Shore in April … Notched his first career two-hit game in a win over Coppin State, finishing 2-for-3 with an RBI double in a win during the teams’ final series … Posted a career-high three hits, going 3-for-4 with an RBI in a loss to Delaware State in late April … Was 2-for-3 with an RBI single in the first MEAC Tournament win over North Carolina A&T … Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester.
