2019 (Junior): Made 15 appearances with seven starts … Served as NSU’s normal mid-week starter and also saw action out of the bullpen on weekends … Logged a 2-5 record with a 7.07 ERA and 35 strikeouts in 35.2 innings pitched … Earned his first win of the season at Longwood in mid-March, striking out a career-high 13 batters in 7.1 innings … Allowed just three hits and three runs in that game … Pitched 2.2 scoreless innings out of the pen in a loss at Coppin State … Had another appearance vs. CSU where he struck out three in two innings of relief work … Pitched seven shutout innings with two strikeouts to earn his second win over the year in a mid-week game vs. N.C. Central in late April … Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters.

Junior College: Played two seasons at Rainy River Community College in Minnesota … As a sophomore, went 4-6 with a 4.32 ERA and 50 strikeouts in 50 innings pitched … Batted .355 with a homer and 22 RBI … Named to the all-state, all-conference and all-region teams … As a freshman, went 6-3 on the mound with a save and three complete games … Posted an ERA of 2.72 his freshman year while striking out 68 batters in 59 innings .. At the plate, batted .372 with a homer and 38 RBI while earning all-state North Division honors … Was named to the all-academic team both years at Rainy River.

High School: Played two years on the varsity team at Santa Fe Catholic … Was a first-team all-conference selection as a senior, when he led his team to the district championship.
