Personal: Nicholas James Wimmers was born on May 20, 1999 … Son of Jim and Holly Wimmers … Majoring in computer science … Older brother, Alex, pitched at Ohio State and was a first-round Major League Baseball Draft choice of the Twins in 2010 and now pitches in the Miami Marlins organization.
