2013 (Junior): Only Spartan to start all 48 games … all 48 starts came in left field … hit .265 with 13 RBI and 19 runs scored … had three outfield assists … finished the year with a total of 11 multi-hit games … went 6-for-11 with five RBI in the season-opening three-game set with Navy … matched his career high with three hits and drove in a career-best four runs in the middle game of the series … also had a double in that contest … named MEAC Player of the Week for his performance in the Navy series … finished 2-for-5 with a triple, an RBI and two runs scored in the game matchup with Savannah State in the Tigers’ home tournament …was 2-for-4 in the first game with Wagner … went 2-for-3 in three of the nine games against Delaware State … batted 5-for-12 in the second series with UMES … recorded a 2-for-4 night and scored a run in the first game with ODU … was 2-for-4 with an RBI in the MEAC Tournament win over N.C. Central … hit safely (4-for-13) in the three conference tourney games.
2012 (Sophomore): Played in 36 games and started 32 times … ranked second on the team and ninth in the MEAC with a .336 batting average … had 38 hits, including five doubles, scored 22 runs and knocked in 13 … only struck out 15 times in 113 at-bats … was caught stealing just once in six attempts … also led NSU’s outfielders with four defensive assists … had three hits in a game five different times, including in both games of a March doubleheader with UMES (6-for-10, four runs, four RBI) … that came at the start of a season-long eight-game hitting streak for Ore … matched his career high with three RBI in a 3-for-4 day against Virginia State … also had three hits in back-to-back games with UMES (3-for-4, two RBI) and Coppin State (3-for-5, two runs, two RBI) in the first half of May … had one hit in all three of NSU’s MEAC Tournament games, finishing the tourney 3-for-10.
2011 (Freshman): Played in 22 games and started 11 times … saw time in the outfield and as designated hitter … batted .368 for the year with 14 hits in 38 at-bats … scored 12 runs with one double, one homer and four RBI … went 2-for-3 with a double against Penn State in his second career start (3-12-11) … also went 1-for-3 with a run scored the following day against the Nittany Lions … went 3-for-3 with four runs scored, his first collegeiate home run and three RBI against Coppin State (4-11-11) … scored three runs in the win over Virginia State the following day … finished that game 1-for-1 with two walks and one stolen base … was 2-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI against Florida A&M (5-7-11) … was 1-for-1 with a run scored off the bench against Longwood (5-13-11).
High School: Four-year letterwinner … named to the All-Eastern District team his final three years … also earned All-Eastern Region honorable mention as a senior … batted .398 as a senior and .510 as a junior.
