2025 (Senior): Named to NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters, MEAC All-Academic Team, and CSC Academic All-District Team ... Played four different singles positions throughout the season, producing a 4-6 overall record ... Went 6-10 in doubles play, appearing in all three positions at various points of the year ... Took down Hampton’s Benjamin Mwanza at the No. 6 position 6-1, 6-0 to help Spartans win Battle of the Bay ... Defeated Morgan State No. 6 Jacob Poole 6-1, 6-4, while also defeating MEAC Player of the Year Mikeal Carpenter and Bertin Karenzi 7-6 at No. 1 doubles alongside Vladislav Gorbatenko that same day ... Earned a 6-0 doubles victory over William & Mary at the No. 2 position alongside Michele Elia. 

2024 (Junior): Named to NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters and MEAC All-Academic Team … Played three different singles positions throughout the season …Amassed a 10-8 singles record, going 9-11 in doubles … Earned a 6-4, 6-1 victory over Wagner’s Kunsh Moolchandani at the No. 6 position, as well as another straight-set triumph in the MEAC Tournament over North Carolina Central’s Shaka Christellotti at the No. 6 position … Earned a 6-3, 6-4 win over Howards Mitchell Yon at the No. 6 position. 

2023 (Sophomore): Named to NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Played four different singles positions throughout the season … Amassed a 7-11 singles record, going 4-13 in doubles … Earned a 5-7, 6-2, 10-5 victory over Loyola Maryland’s Oliver Davey at the No. 3 slot, and another three-set triumph over Longwood’s Gary Huang at the No. 5 position … Defeated North Carolina A&T’s Ethan Baly 7-5, 3-6, 10-6 at No. 5 singles … Helped lead Spartans to MEAC Quarterfinal victory against Howard, taking down Gabe Knowles 6-3, 6-3 at No. 5 singles and notching a 6-2 doubles win alongside Hugo Massoni Lena at the No. 2 position.
 
High School: Attended Robert Van’t Hof’s Tennis Academy after moving to California … Also attended the Advantage Tennis Academy for multiple years.
 
Personal: Boris Lunin was born on June 24, 2001 … Father Stepan competed on the Soviet Union bobsled national team from 1983-85, while mother Svetlana competed on the Soviet Union speedskating national team from 1980-86 … Enjoys playing video games, skiing, and windsurfing in his free time … Majoring in finance with plans of becoming an accountant or investment banker.
