2016-2017: Cross Country: Opened the season with a 19th-place finish on the Panorama Farms 4,000-meter course at the Virginia Duals in a time of 13:35 … Registered his second consecutive top-20 finish of the season when he finished in 15th at the East Carolina Invitational in a time of 16:47.36 on the 5K course … Crossed the line at the George Mason Invitational in 28th-place with a time of 26:55.0 … Placed 22nd at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship in a time of 27:26.1.
2015-16: Cross Country: Ranked 20th in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference during cross country season with a season-best 8,000 meter time of 26:58.00 at the Christopher Newport Invitational … Took 26th place at the U.Va. Duals, completing the 4K course in 13:09 … Took fourth place to lead NSU’s finishers at the Delaware State Invitational … Ran the DSU 8K course in 26:59.1 to help NSU finish second as a team … Finished 12th to again help NSU finish as runner-up in the team standings at the CNU Invitational (27:11.4). 2012: Cross Country: Led NSU to a third-place finish at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational by finishing 11th among individuals in a time of 28:13.56 … Posted a time of 28:20.20 as the Spartans came in eight at the Panorama Farms Invite … Ran a time of 27:07.40, placing ninth overall, to help the Spartans win the HBCU Challenge at the Great American XC Challenge … Ran 27:09.70 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals … Ran a season-best time of 26:55.22 to earn 18th at the MEAC Cross Country Championship. Indoor: Ran a leg on NSU’s winning distance medley relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championship, aiding the Spartans in their eighth straight conference indoor title victory … Ran a season-best mile time of 4:27.44 to take fifth place at the CNU Captains Invitational (4:27.44) … Qualified for the MEAC indoor championship in the mile and placed 11th (4:29.22) … Finished 12th in the 3,000 meters at the MEAC indoor meet as well (9:32.48) … Season-best 3K time was 9:03.09, which he ran in notching a sixth-place finish at UNC’s Gene Anderson Invitational. Outdoor: Ran a season-best 1,500m time of 4:06.29 at the Florida Relays … took 12th in that event at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (4:11.78) … Also placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the NSU Relays (16:09.83).
