2016-2017: Cross Country: Opened the season with a 19th-place finish on the Panorama Farms 4,000-meter course at the Virginia Duals in a time of 13:35 … Registered his second consecutive top-20 finish of the season when he finished in 15th at the East Carolina Invitational in a time of 16:47.36 on the 5K course … Crossed the line at the George Mason Invitational in 28th-place with a time of 26:55.0 … Placed 22nd at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship in a time of 27:26.1.
 
2015-16: Cross Country: Ranked 20th in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference during cross country season with a season-best 8,000 meter time of 26:58.00 at the Christopher Newport Invitational … Took 26th place at the U.Va. Duals, completing the 4K course in 13:35 … Finished 11th at the UMES Lid-Lifter with a time of 16:39.52 … Completed the William and Mary Invitational in 31st place … Ran the W&M 6K course in 20:36.89 … Finished 11th to help NSU finish as runner-up in the team standings at the Delaware State Farm Run (27:47.87) … Recorded a 26:58 time to finish 11th at the Christopher Newport Invitational … Fogg helped the team to a third-place finish at the MEAC Championships, finishing 22nd in a time of 27:31.40. Indoor: Won the mile at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open in 4:27.78 … Was runner-up in the 3,000 meters at the Hampton Indoor Invitational (9:03.84) … Helped the DMR team take third at the MEAC Indoor Championships in 10:23.43 … Also competed in the mile (10th place) and 3,000m (11th place) at the conference championship … Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Finished third at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 meters (PR – 4:02.48) … It was his highest finish ever at a MEAC event … Also took seventh at the conference meet in the steeplechase (10:01.29) … Clocked a PR of 9:55.25 in the steeplechase in April at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, where he placed second … Also took second in the event at the NSU Twilight Meet (10:21.24).
 
2014-15: Cross Country: Named NSU’s MVP of cross country season … Ranked 10th in the MEAC during cross country season with a personal-best 8,000 meter time of 26:52.85 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational … Fogg took fourth place individually in that meet to help the Spartans place second as a team … Finished 15th at the U.Va. Duals, completing the 4K course in 13:09 … Took fourth place to lead NSU’s finishers at the Delaware State Invitational … Ran the DSU 8K course in 26:59.1 to help NSU finish second as a team … Finished 12th to again help NSU finish as runner-up in the team standings at the CNU Invitational (27:11.4). Indoor: Recorded the team’s second-fastest times in both the mile and 3,000 meters … Ran a mile PR of 4:19.32, taking third place at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational … The time was converted to a banked-track time of 4:16.06 by TFRRS, ranking him third among all MEAC runners … Ran a season-best 3,000 meter time of 8:57.66 at the Penn State National … Placed eighth in the same event at the UNC Open (9:04.28). Outdoor: Won the men’s 1,500 meters at the Hampton Relays in a time of 4:07.77 … Followed that up with a season-best time of 4:06.06 in a sixth-place finish at Morgan State the following week … Also competed in the 1,500 at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational and the Colonial Relays.
 
2013-14: Cross Country/Indoor/Outdoor: Sat out the season and did not compete in 2013-14.
 
2012: Cross Country: Led NSU to a third-place finish at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational by finishing 11th among individuals in a time of 28:13.56 … Posted a time of 28:20.20 as the Spartans came in eight at the Panorama Farms Invite … Ran a time of 27:07.40, placing ninth overall, to help the Spartans win the HBCU Challenge at the Great American XC Challenge … Ran 27:09.70 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals … Ran a season-best time of 26:55.22 to earn 18th at the MEAC Cross Country Championship. Indoor: Ran a leg on NSU’s winning distance medley relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championship, aiding the Spartans in their eighth straight conference indoor title victory … Ran a season-best mile time of 4:27.44 to take fifth place at the CNU Captains Invitational (4:27.44) … Qualified for the MEAC indoor championship in the mile and placed 11th (4:29.22) … Finished 12th in the 3,000 meters at the MEAC indoor meet as well (9:32.48) … Season-best 3K time was 9:03.09, which he ran in notching a sixth-place finish at UNC’s Gene Anderson Invitational. Outdoor: Ran a season-best 1,500m time of 4:06.29 at the Florida Relays … took 12th in that event at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (4:11.78) … Also placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the NSU Relays (16:09.83).
