2016-17: Named to the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for fall and spring semesters and was selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Finished 14th in his season debut with a time of 19:32.8 at the William and Mary Invitational … Posted a 5K time of 15:48.73, finishing eighth at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational … Ran an 8K personal-best time of 25:43 at the George Mason Invitational, his second consecutive eighth-place finish … Crossed the finish line 107th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in a time of 26:59.3 … Just missed his second All-MEAC honor when he placed 17th at the conference championship with a time of 26:53.52. Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3,000 at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open (8:48.65) … Ran one leg on the DMR team that came in fourth at the CNU Captains Invitational … Posted a PR in the mile with his time of 4:27.17 at the Liberty Kickoff … Clocked PRs in both the 5,000m (15:06.82) and 3,000m (8:45.14) and finished second and third, respectively, in those events at the Vince Brown Invitational … Was 12th in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000 at the MEAC Indoor Championships. 2015-16: Cross Country: Earned his first career All-MEAC cross country honor … Led the Spartans with the team’s fastest time in every meet … Started the season off with a 10th-place finish at the University of Virginia Duals with a time of 12 minutes, 42 seconds… Followed that up with an eighth-place finish at the Maryland Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter on the 5,000-meter course in 16 minutes, 24.81 seconds … Clocked a 6K time of 19 minutes, 37.79 seconds to earn 10th place at the William and Mary Invitational … Finished second overall on the 8K course in 26 minutes, 21.25 seconds at the Delaware State Farm Run … Ran an 8,000-meter personal best time of 26 minutes, 9 seconds to take fifth place overall at the Christopher Newport Invitational … Placed 12th overall on the 8,000-meter course with a time of 26 minutes, 37.60 seconds, at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship … Named cross country team MVP. 2014-15: Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: Had the sixth-fastest 8K time in the MEAC during the season when he clocked a time of 26:35.2 at the CNU Invitational … Finished seventh individually at that meet, helping the Spartans place second as a team … Opened his career with a 14th-place finish at the U.Va. Duals, running a 4,000 meter time of 13:05 … Finished seventh overall at the Delaware State Invitational, running an 8K time of 27:21.7. Indoor Track: Participated in a pair of meets, the UNC Open and the Penn State National … Helped the distance medley relay team post a time of 10:50.31 at UNC … Ran the 5,000 meters at the PSU National, clocking a time of 15:45.09 that ranked 12th-best in the MEAC during indoor season.
