    2007-08: Cross Country: Earned All-MEAC recognition for the third straight year, placing 11th at the conference championship…ran a time of 27:14 on the MEAC course…ran a season-best time of 26:32 at the Tribe Open…came in eighth place at the UMES Lid-Lifter, helping the Spartans win the team title.
    2006-07: Cross Country: Earned all-conference honors for the second time…finished 11th at the MEAC championship (26:54.30)…improved steadily over the course of the season…finished in 27:42.60 for 65th place at U.Va.’s Lou Onesty Invitational…ran 27:34 at the Pre-Nationals. Indoor Track: Placed third in the 800 at the MEAC Indoor Championship (1:54.81)…also ran a leg on the 1,600 relay team that placed third at the conference championship. Outdoor Track: Placed second in both the 800 (1:53.07) and the 1,500 (3:58.08) at the MEAC Outdoor Championship 
    2005-06: Cross Country: Was the team’s Most Improved Runner…finished 12th at the MEAC Championship in 25:43.5, earning all-conference honors…was eighth at the UMES Lid-Lifter with a time of 27:22.3…posted 8k times of 27:08 and 27:14.2 at the Pre-Nationals and the Lou Onesty Invitational, respectively. Outdoor Track: Was sixth in the 800 meters (1:53.23) and ran on the seventh-place 1,600-meter relay team at the MEAC Outdoor Championship. 
    2004-05: Redshirted.
