2025-26: XC: Named MEAC Cross Country Runner of the week on Sept. 3 … Won the 5k at the UMES Hawks Season Opener with a time of 15:12.60 … Also won the 8k at the Pirate Invitational with a time of 24:06.30 … Placed 13th in the 8k at the Virginia Invitational (25:06.30). Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Eanred the bronze medal in a pair of events at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, including the 5,000 meters (14:56.94) and the 10,000 meters (30:25.69) … Clocked a time of 3:56.31 at the same meet to place fifth in the 1,500 meters … Took second in the 1,500 meters at the NSU Invite (3:57.89) … Ran a time of 14:58.19 in the 5,000 meters at the Bill Carson Invite to take second … Clocked a 10,000 meter time of 30:22.68 at the Virginia Challenge to take fourth.
2024-25 (at Edward Waters): XC: Competed at three meets … Won the 8k at both the Ave Maria Invite (25:38.70) and the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic (26:09.10). Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Won the 1,500 meters (3:59.09) and the 5,000 meters (15:15.28) at the SIAC Championships … Also placed second in the 10,000 meters at the same event (31:56.21) … Took first in the 5,000 meters at the Alice Coachman Invite (15:05.36) … Clocked a time of 4:09.12 at the Savannah State Orange & Blue Classic to finish first … Opened the season with a time of 14:39.41 at the River City Relays in the 5,000 meters.
