2021-22: Earned NSU AD Honor Roll accolades for the spring semester. Cross Country: Earned All-MEAC honors by placing third at the conference meet in a season-best time of 26:14.3. Indoor: Placed third and fifth, respectively, in the 3,000 meters at the KMS Opener at East Coast Invitational … Ran a season-best 9:00.68 at the East Coast Invite … Placed sixth in the 5,000 and eighth in the 3,000 at the MEAC Championships. Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 10,000 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.

2020-21: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Placed in the MEAC’s top five in three different distance races … Was bronze medalist in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:32.74 … was also fourth in the 5K (15:52.87) and fifth in the steeplechase (10:08.30) … Earlier in the year, placed fifth in the 5K at the Gamecock Invitational (15:20.27) and sixth in the 3,000 at the Chanticleer Challenge (9:01.73).

At Hofstra: Placed third at the 2019 CAA Cross Country Championships as a freshman in 2019, clocking an 8K time of 24:40.6 … Was 14^th at the 2019 NCAA Northeast Region Championships with a 10K PR of 29:07.7 … Clocked an 8K PR of 23:52.6 at the 20190 Paul Short Run … Did not compete in track at Hofstra, which does not sponsor a track and field team.
