2020-21: Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team … Also earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters.
Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19.
Indoor: Was runner-up I the 3,000 meters in his only indoor meet, the Kenneth Giles Invitational. Outdoor: Claimed fifth place in the 10,000 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championship with a PR of 34:07.95 … Was also seventh in the 5,000 meters.
2019-20: NSU AD Honor Roll member for both semesters and also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team.
Cross Country: All-MEAC performer who placed third, behind teammates Meshack Kipchirchir and Evans Cheruiyot at the conference championship … Clocked a personal-best 8K time of 25:24.5 at the MEAC Championship … Was 25th at the Pre-National Invitational in 25:39.5 and 62nd at the Panorama Farms Invitational in 25:31.5 … Finished 96th at the NCAA Southeast Regional out of 250 runners with a 10K time of 32:06.9.
Indoor: A versatile performer, Too scored points in four events at the MEAC Indoor Championships and won a pair of races during earlier-season meets … Began the season by winning the 3,000 meters at the CNU Holiday Open (8:40.98) … Was sixth in the 5,000 at the VMI Team Challenge in a PR of 15:07.64 … Won the 1,000 meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2:30.59) … Helped the DMR team placed third at the same meet … At the MEAC indoor meet, ran a leg on NSU’s runner-up DMR team … Also placed third in the 3,000 meters (8:43.51) and sixth in both the mile (4:24.85) and 5,000 meters (15:38.56).

2018-19: Transferred to NSU and joined the team in time for track and field season in January … Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester … Named NSU Track & Field Rookie of the Year.
Indoor: Made his NSU debut with a third-place finish in the 3,000 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (8:46.77) … Placed fifth in the 5,000 (15:33.40) and 12th in the 3,000 meters at the Keydet Invitational (8:48.48) … Clocked a season-best mile time of 4:19.91 in a fourth-place showing at the Liberty Invitational … At the MEAC Indoor Championship, placed in the top five in the
3,000 (8:40.05, third), distance medley relay (third), mile (4:23.96, fourth) and 5,000 (15:14.78, fifth).
Outdoor: Helped the sprint medley relay win its event at the Colonial Relays … Clocked season-bests in the 800 (1:56.56) and 1,500 (3:56.91, PR) at the Charlotte Invitational, placing in the top 20 in both events … Placed third in the MEAC in the 1,500 (3:57.68) and fifth in the 5,000 (15:50.82) at the conference outdoor meet.
2018-19 (at ERU): Cross Country: First team All-Sunshine State Conference and All-Championship Team performer with a second-place finish at the SSC Championship (Nov. 3) in 25:40.94 … All-region honoree thanks to a 10th-place finish at the NCAA II South Regional (Nov. 17) in a time of 32:21.65, the third-fastest 10K time in program history … Had five top-10 finishes … Helped ERU win both the SSC and DII South Region titles and make the school’s first-ever Division II National Championship appearance.
2017-18 (at ERU): Indoor: Competed during both the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2018 … During indoor season, was a USTFCCCA all-region performer in the 3,000m and DMR … Competed in five meets for the Eagles … Member of the DMR team that placed first at three meets, including a season-best time of 10:16.71 at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 28) … Finished second in the mile (4:20.08) at the Dunamis Super Meet (Feb. 11).
Outdoor: Won the Peach Belt Conference title in the 5,000m (15:10.88) and finished second in the 1,500m (4:00.70) at the PBC Championship (April 21) … Ran a season-best 3,000m time of 8:45.65 at the UF Tom Jones Memorial (April 13).
