2013-14: Cross Country: Sat out the season and did not compete. Indoor: Sat out the season. Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters in a pair of meets, the Coastal Carolina Invitational and the Virginia Cup at U.Va. … season-best time was 1:58.43 in a seventh-place effort at Coastal Carolina … placed 14th in a time of 1:58.53 the following week at U.Va.

2012-13: Cross Country: All-MEAC finisher for the second straight year … MEAC XC Athlete of the Week after running a season-best time of 25:26 to win the individual title at the Great American Festival HBCU Challenge … helped NSU win the team title in that event, as well … clocked a time of 25:42.90 to finish 103rd at the NCAA Pre-Nationals …placed seventh at the MEAC Championship (25:55.52). Indoor: Earned MEAC Indoor Most Outstanding Runner honors and helped the Spartans win their eighth straight conference indoor title … was MEAC indoor champion in the mile (4:19.21) and 3,000 meters (8:41.80) and was runner-up in the 5,000 (season-best 15:10.12) … also ran the anchor leg on the MEAC championship distance medley relay team … season-best 5K time was 15:02.74 at Virginia Tech, where he won the gold medal … was runner-up at Virginia Tech in the mile (4:19.33) … season-best mile time was a 4:16.14 (PR) first-place effort at the CNU Captains Invitational … that time was converted to a 4:12.91 banked track time, tops in the MEAC for the season … named MEAC Men’s Indoor Performer of the Week for that effort … season-best 3,000m time was 8:39.30, good for third place, at Penn State. Outdoor: Named the NSU men’s track team’s Most Improved Runner … posted a time of 3:54.57 in the 1,500m at the Virginia Invitational, where he placed fourth … finished 10th in the 1,500 at the Florida Relays in 3:51.64 … won the 5,000 meters at the NSU Relays in 15:11.20 … set a new PR in that event with his time of 14:46.81 at the Penn Relays, winning the college section race … was MEAC runner-up in both the 1,500 and 5,000 distances … posted a time of 3:59.06 in the 1,500 at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … ran a 15:05.87 in the 5,000 meters.

2011-12: Cross Country: Finished fifth at the MEAC Championship, running a time of 26:22.49 to earn All-MEAC honors … ran a personal best of 25:41.80 to finish third overall at the Great American Cross Country Festival. Indoor: Ran the anchor leg of the gold medal-winning distance medley relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championship … was conference runner-up (4:19.25), finishing second only to teammate Josef Tessema … also placed fifth at the conference indoor meet in the 3,000m (8:53.54) and seventh in the 5,000 (season-best 15:08.62) … ran an indoor PR of 8:29.29 in the 3,000m at the CNU Holiday Open, where he finished second … was 10th in the same event at the Penn State National (8:39.95).Outdoor: Was MEAC Outdoor champion in the 1,500 meters, finishing in a then personal-best of 3:53.62 … placed fourth at the MEAC outdoor meet in the 5,000 (15:29.07) … posted what was then a PR of 14:52.82 in the 5,000 at the Raleigh Relays … finished second in the 1,500 at both the Morgan State Legacy Meet (3:55.28) and the NSU Relays (3:57.73).

2010-11: Sat out at NSU as a non-qualifier.

High School: All-district, all-region and all-state performer as a senior at Robert E. Lee…Patriot District cross country champion as both a junior and senior…placed fifth at the Northern Region cross country championship and 16th at the state meet as a senior…during indoor track season, won both the 1,600 (4:23) and 3,200 (9:29) championships at the Northern Region meet…also took third place at the state indoor meet in the 3,200 (9:24)…his personal-best time of 9:18 in the 3,200m earned him ninth place at the Nike Indoor Nationals and ranked him among the top 20 fastest times in the nation…was Northern Region outdoor champion in the 1,600 (4:19)…at the state outdoor meet, placed ninth in the 1,600 and third in the 3,200.
