2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester. Indoor: Ran in seven meets, mostly in the 60 meters … Placed second at the VCU Rams Indoor invite in the 60 meters (6.88) … Recorded a top five finish at the HBCU Showcase, taking fourth in the 60 meters (6.89) … Ran a personal best time of 6.82 at the East Coast Invitational prelims. Outdoor: Did not compete.

2023-24: Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets in primarily the 60 meters … Recorded a second-place finish at the Marlin Invitational (6.90) … Also took fifth place in the 60 meters at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (6.98) and third at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational (6.89) … Posted season best time at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 60 meters (6.89). Outdoor: Competed in seven events … Helped the Spartans 4x100 relay team open up the season with a win (40.21) … Ran season-best in the 100 meters at the Duke Invitational clocking in a 10.47 and a fifth-place finish … Posted a third place finish as a member of the 4x100 relay team at the Virginia Challenge (40.45) and the first place at the Dani Palooza Last Chance (40.05).

2022-23: Indoor: Competed in five meets at the 60 meters and 200 meters … Posted a season-best of 6.87 in the 60 meters at the Winter Classic … Ran a season-best 22.34 in the 200 meters at the East Coast Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets at the 100 meters, 200 meters, and relays … Helped Spartans win 4x100 relay at the Virginia Quadrangular (41.72), while taking fifth in the 100 meters (10.51) and fourth in the 200 meters (21.54) … Also helped 4x100 relay team take third at NSU Track & Field Invitational (40.99) and fourth at the MEAC Championships (40.54).

2021-22: Indoor: Competed in four meets at the 60, as well as the 200 in the final two … Posted a personal best of 6.84 in the 60 at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational. Outdoor: Ran in six meets, competing in the 100, 200, and 4x100 relay … Posted a personal best 21.85 in the 200 at the Duke Invitational … Earned fifth at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a 10.54 in the 100, after notching a personal best of 10.44 in the preliminary heat … Also helped the Spartans take first in the 4x100 relay with a time of 40.12

2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Ran in four of the team’s indoor meets … Season-best 60m time was 6.93 in a seventh-place finish at the Gamecock Opener … Placed fourth in the 60 and third in the 200 at the Virginia Beach Invitational. Outdoor: Missed much of outdoor season with injury … Returned at the NCAA East Preliminary, where he helped the Spartans clock a season-best time of 39.37 seconds to finish 10th and earn a spot at nationals … From there, Ahouman and the NSU earned honorable mention All-America honors after finished 21st at the NCAA Championships in 40.18.

High School: Four-year letterwinner … State indoor meet qualifier in the 55-meter dash as a senior … As a junior, he qualified for the state indoor championship in both the 55 and 300 meters, and for the state outdoor meet in the 100 … Ran on Potomac’s state championship 4x200 relay team … Also was all-state in the 100m as a freshman and sophomore … Competed at the New Balance Indoor Nationals following his junior year … Ran personal-record times of 6.34 seconds in the 55, 10.69 in the 100 and 21.48 in the 200.
