2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester… Named to the MEAC All-Academic team for the outdoor season. Indoor: Competed at four meets … Took third in the triple jump at the East Coast Invitational (46-0), before placing sixth in the pole vault (9-0.25) … Took fifth in the long jump at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational with a leap of 22 feet, 9.25 inches … Placed seventh in a pair of events, including the long jump at the HBCU Showcase (22-9), and at the triple jump at the Penn State National Open (45-5). Outdoor: Competed at one meet … Placed 12th in the triple jump (44-4.25), before recording a leap of 21 feet, 7.5 inches in the long jump at the USF Alumni Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in just one indoor meet … Took second in the long jump (23-5.5) and led 4x400 relay squad (3:26.93) to runner up finish at VCU Rams Indoor Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in three outdoor meets … Placed second in the long jump at the Virginia Quadrangular with a leap of 24-1.5 … Took fourth in the long jump (23-0.5) at the NSU Invitational and helped 4x400 relay team finish runner-up (3:18.60).
 
2021-22: Named to NSU AD’s Honor Roll for fall semester. Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets for the Spartans … Got the season started with a personal record in the 60 meter hurdles (8.37), earning a top-five finish … Won the long jump at the Penn State National Open with a leap of 23 feet, 7.5 inches … Won the heptathlon at the 2022 East Coast Invitational, finishing with 3,963 points … Set a personal record with 4,815 points to win the heptathlon at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Also earned a personal best of 46 feet, 10.75 inches in the triple jump. Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets … Set a personal record in the 400 meter hurdles at the Duke Invitational (56.26) … Took third in the long jump at the Norfolk State Invitational (23-3.5) … Competed in five events at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, setting personal records in the 110 meter hurdles and pole vault (11-6.5), finishing fourth in the latter.

2020-21: Earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Indoor: Competed in all five of NSU’s indoor meets … Participated in the long and triple jumps plus 60 meters and 60 hurdles … Was top-10 in the long jump at all five meets … Finished as runner-up with a top leap of 22-11.75 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational at Liberty … Took fifth at the Kenneth Giles Invitational in a season-best 23-1.75 … Clocked season-best times of 8.43 seconds in the 60 hurdles in a fourth-place finish at the Kenneth Giles meet, and a 7.07 in the 60 meters at Brant Tolsma. Outdoor: MEAC champion in the decathlon with 4,579 points … Won the 100 and long jump in the decathlon … Also claimed eighth place at the conference meet in both the 110 hurdles (PR of 14.74 in prelims) and long jump (21-6) … Long jumped a season-best 23-2.5 at the Virginia Grand Prix, finishing seventh.

High School: Lettered four years in both football and track at Norview … Was the VHSL Class 5 state indoor champion in the long jump as a senior … Posted a personal-best jump of 23 feet, 3.25 inches in winning the Class 5 Region A title earlier in his final campaign … Also placed fifth in the state in the 55-meter hurdles and eighth in the triple jump this year … As a junior, he qualified for the Class 5 state outdoor meet in three events (100, 200, LJ) and participated in the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the long jump … Also was a standout football player, amassing 1,500 all-purpose yards (810 receiving) and 11 touchdowns as a senior.
