2013-14: Cross Country: Earned All-MEAC honors by finishing seventh at the MEAC Championship in a time of 26:14.80 … helped the Spartans to a fourth-place finish at the conference meet … ran a time of 26:10.50 to place seventh individually and help NSU place third as a team at the CNU Invitational … won the 8K title in 26:18.14 as the Spartans finished first as a team at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational … came in third at the UMES Lid-Lifter ... earned the team’s Most Improved Award for cross country. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Posted the team’s fastest times in the 1,500 and 5,000 meter races … clocked a 4:10.93 in the 1,500 at Morgan State, placing 15th … ran a time of 15:43.30 at the Colonial Relays … earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

2012-13: Cross Country: Placed 11th at the MEAC Championship with a time of 26:17.46, earning all-conference honors for the second straight year … ran a personal best time of 25:29.60 at the Great American Festival HBCU Challenge, finishing second. Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at the CNU Captains Invitational (8:51.45) … recorded season and personal bests in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the Hokie Invitational … finished second to teammate Nathnael Meseret in the 5,000 at Virginia Tech in a PR of 15:03.87 … was 18th in the 3,000 at the same meet in 8:41.59 … earned a pair of third-place finishes in those same events at the MEAC Indoor Championship. Outdoor: Ran a PR of 9:55.60 to claim first place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NSU Relays … season-best 5,000m time was 15:06.52 at the Florida Relays … was a top-five finisher in both events at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … finished third in the 5,000 (15:14.11) and fifth in the steeplechase (10:08.01) … was runner-up in the 5,000 at the NSU Relays (15:15.57).

2011-12: Cross Country: Ran a season-best time of 25:45.50 to finish in sixth place at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational … earned All-MEAC recognition by placing 13th overall at the conference championship meet (27:07.19). Indoor: Placed fourth in two long-distance events at the MEAC Indoor Championship … was one of four runners who bettered the previous meet record in the 3,000 when he ran a time of 8:49.82 … ran a season-best time of 15:05.50 to place fourth in the 5,000. Outdoor: Finished fourth in the MEAC Outdoor meet in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:04.45) … placed seventh at the conference meet in the 5,000 (15:50.44) … ran a season-best 5,000m time of 14:57.95 to earn an 11th-place finish at the Florida Relays … ran what was then a PR of 9:57.92 to take third in the steeplechase at the NSU Relays.

2010-11: Sat out at NSU as a non-qualifier.

High School: All-Northern Region and All-Patriot District as a senior during cross country season…during indoor season, placed seventh in the region in the 3,200 meters…during outdoor season, finished third in the region and ninth at the state meet in the 3,200m…personal-best high school times were 4:26 for the mile and 9:32 for two miles.
