2019-20: NSU AD Honor Roll member for both semesters and also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Earned All-MEAC cross country honors for the fourth straight year while helping the Spartans win the conference title … Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:59.9, good for 14th place at the MEAC Championships … Also earned a top-50 finish at the Cavalier Classic. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19: Named to the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for fall and spring semesters and named to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Named cross country team MVP … Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:55.5 to place 29th at the ECU Pirates Invitational … Earned his third straight All-MEAC cross country award by taking 10th at the conference meet in 28:09.9. Indoor: Placed fourth at the JDL Invitational in the 5,000 meters (15:44.62) … Finished eighth at the MEAC Indoor Championship in the 3,000 meters (9:04.72) and in the 5,000 (15:45.80). Outdoor: Logged top-10 finishes in the 3,000 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational (9:12.58) and in the steeplechase at the Charlotte Invitational (9:57.35) … Was MEAC runner-up in the javelin (170-6).

Cross Country: Earned All-MEAC honors for the second year in a row … Ran a personal-best 8K time of 25:53 at the ECU Pirate Invitational, placing 30th overall … Clocked a time of 26:03.2 to place 11th at the MEAC Cross Country Championship … Finished the NCAA Southeast Regional 10K course in 32:40.2. Indoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational hosted by Villanova (9:10.08) … Claimed 11th place in the 5,000 at the Darius Dixon Invitational at Liberty (15:42.80) … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Championships in both the 3,000 and 5,000-meter races, placing 11th and 10th, respectively. Outdoor: Won the 10,000 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational (33:00.61) … Threw the javelin at the same meet, earning third place with a top throw of 125 feet, 1 inch … Runner-up in the 10K at the Virginia State Trojan Invitational (31:25.79, PR) … Took ninth in both the 10K and 3,000m steeplechase at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.

Cross Country: Earned his first career All-MEAC cross country honor … Made his Spartan debut with a first-place finish at the University of Virginia Duals, with a time of 12:30 on the 4,000-meter course at Panorama Farms … Earned MEAC Cross Country Runner of the Week for his performance at U.Va. … Backed up his season-opening win with a seventh-place finish in a time of 19:11.7 at the William and Mary Invitational … Completed the 5K course at the East Carolina Pirate Invitational in a time of 15:39.07 for a fifth-place finish …Finished 22nd at the George Mason Invitational with a time of 26:31.6 in his first collegiate 8,000-meter race … Placed 63rd at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with a time of  26:13.5 … Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:05.7 good for a ninth-place finish at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship.
