2008-09 (Senior Season)
Capped his stellar cross country career by earning his fourth consecutive All-MEAC honor…placed seventh at the championship race in 26:19.46.
2007-08 (Junior Season)
All-MEAC cross country member for the third year in a row…was the MEAC runner-up, running the 8k course in 25:24…earned cross country team Most Improved Runner award…came in fifth place at the 2008 MEAC Indoor Championship in the 5,000 meters (15:50.83)…placed third in the 5,000 meters (15:31.66) and fourth in the steeplechase (9:56.78) at the 2008 MEAC Outdoor Championship…season-best time in the 5,000 meters was 15:30.42 at the Raleigh Relays…named to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team.
2006-07 (Sophomore Season)
Earned his second consecutive All-MEAC cross country honor by running the 8k championship course in 26:22.40, good for sixth place…ran an indoor season-best time of 4:23.24 in the mile at the New Balance Invitational…placed seventh in the mile (4:27.29) and fourth in the 5,000 (15:50.20) at the conference indoor championship…also ran a leg on the winning distance medley relay team at the MEAC championship (10:17.41)…placed second in the 5,000 (15:41.67) and eighth in the 1,500 (4:10.07) at the MEAC Outdoor Championship.
2005-06 (Freshman Season)
Named the team’s Cross Country Rookie of the Year…ran his season-best 8k time and earned All-MEAC honors with a second place finish at the conference championship (23:40.1)…also earned All-Southeast Region recognition after coming in 20th in the 10k race (30:40.4)…was MEAC runner-up in the 5,000 meters (15:15.08) and ran on the winning distance medley relay team at the conference indoor championship…ran on the distance medley relay team that ran an NCAA Championship provisional qualifying time at the HBCU Indoor Classic (9:40.44).
