2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll both semesters. Indoor: MEAC Indoor Champion in the triple jump for a third consecutive season (50-11) … Named MEAC Field Athlete of the Week on Dec. 11 and Jan. 16 … Opened the season by winning the triple jump at the Liberty Kickoff (49-9.25) … Won the triple jump with a leap of 49 feet, 7.75 inches at the VCU Rams Indoor Invite … Placed third in the long jump at the HBCU Showcase (23-6.75). Outdoor: Did not compete.

2023-24: Indoor: Competed in seven events ….  Won the coference championship in the triple jump (50-11) … Recorded a first-place finish in the triple jump at the HBCU Showcase (50-6) … Took eighth place in the same meet in the long jump (22-5.25) … Placed second in the high jump at the Marlin Invitational (6-4) … Won the Triple Jump at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (48-11), the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational (51-1.5) … Also won the high jump at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invite (6-4.75) … Took third in the high jump at the conference championships (6-5). Outdoor: Selected to VaSID All-State Second Team … Took second in the triple jump (47-11.75) and fourth in the high jump (6-4) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Competed in seven outdoor meets … Earned runner-up in the triple jump at the Virginia Quadrangular (48-5.5) … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the triple jump.

Indoor: Named to VaSID All-State Second Team … Competed in three indoor meets … Opened the season with a second-place finish in the triple jump (48-5.25) and fourth in the long jump (23-2.5) at the Penn State National Open … Also logged a third-place finish in the long jump at the South Carolina Invitational (23-4) … Finished second in the triple jump at the MEAC Indoor Championships (50-1.25). Outdoor: Named MEAC Men’s Field Athlete of the Week on Apr. 6 … Competed in seven outdoor meets, qualifying for the NCAA East Preliminary in the triple jump … Opened the season by winning the triple jump at the 2022 Colonial Relays with a personal best of 50-6.25 … Earned runner-up triple jump finishes at the Duke and Norfolk State Invitationals as well … Posted personal bests of six feet, six inches in the high jump and 24 feet, 0.75 inches in the long jump to finish fourth and fifth, respectively, at the MEAC Outdoor Championships. 2020-21: Earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Opened his college career with a strong performance at the Gamecock Opener. Taking fifth in the triple jump (48-6.75) and sixth in the long jump (23-2.5), both season bests … Also earned a third-place finish in the triple jump at the Virginia Beach Invitational (47-1.75). Outdoor: MEAC silver medalist in the triple jump with a top leap of 48-3.25 … Also qualified for the conference meet in the long jump … Outdoor season-best triple jump was a mark of 48-6 at the Virginia Grand Prix, good for fifth place.

High School: Lettered four years in track and three in basketball … VHSL 4A state indoor champion in the long jump as a senior … Also took third in the state in the triple jump and fifth in the high jump …  Qualified for New Balance Indoor Nationals in the long jump … Freelance Star All-Area performer three years, and was also chosen as a Freelancer Star All-Decade honorable mention selection … Won the state indoor and outdoor triple jump titles as a junior and qualified for New Balance Nationals in both seasons … Averaged eight points per game in helping Louisa County win the state basketball title his junior year.
