2024-25: Member of the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester. Indoor: Won the 500 meters at the VCU Rams Indoor Invite (1:04.31) … Recorded a personal best in the 300 meters at the Liberty Kickoff (35.53) … Placed second in the 500 meters at the HBCU Showcase, clocking a personal best time of 1:04.25 … Helped the DMR relay team take first at the DI Pre-Nationals (10:40.04) … Clocked a time of 1:54.53 in the 800 meters at the same event, placing third. Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 54.19 … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the NSU Invite (52.50) … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took first at the Bill Carson Invite (3:14.66) … Opened the season with a personal best in the 400 meters at the USF Alumni Invite (48.53).
 
2023-24: Indoor: Competed in six meets … Won the 60 hurdles at the Marlin Invitational, clocking in a time of 8.60 … Part of the 4x400 relay team that took second at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (3:10.18) …Took sixth in the heptathlon with 4,009 points at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Competed in seven events … Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that broke the school record at the Penn Relays (3:05.57) placing first … Posted a second-place finish in the 400 meters at the NSU Invitational (49.59) …Clocked a career best in the 400 meters at the Duke Invitational (49.43) … Helped the 4x400 relay team take first at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (3:06.64) … Also posted a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles in the same meet (52.46).

2022-23: Cross Country: Competed in four meets … Posted a season-best 8k time of 33:20.9 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run … Finished 44^th at the MEAC Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 34:28.8. Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Spartans … Earned silver medal in the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships with 4,159 points … Opened the season with an 8.47 in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing seventh at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational … Helped Spartans win 4x400 relay in 3:29.59 at the 60th Annual East Coast Invitational, while earning third in the high jump (6-0.75). Outdoor: Did not compete.
 
2021-22: NSU AD Honor Roll member for the spring semester. Indoor: An impact performer in the multis, broke the school record in the heptathlon with 4,545 points at the Kenneth Giles Invitational … He topped that mark with 4,553 in a silver-medal finish at the MEAC Championships … Was also second in the heptathlon at the East Coast Invitational (3,869 points) … Also qualified for the MEAC indoor meet in the 60 hurdles. Outdoor: MEAC runner-up in the decathlon, with 5,482 points, a new PR … PRed in six of the 10 decathlon events at the MEAC Championship … Was seventh in the 110 hurdles (15.69, PR) at the Virginia Grand Prix and was seventh in the high jump (6-4.25, PR) at the Virginia Challenge.

2020-21: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Ran the 110 hurdles at the U.Va. Grand Prix … Was MEAC runner-up in the pole vault with a top height of 9-1.

High School: Competed all four years in track and wrestling … District champion and state indoor meet qualifier in the high jump as a senior … Posted a high jump PR of 6-6 … Also qualified for indoor nationals in that event … Qualified for the state outdoor meet in the high jump and 400 meters as a junior, and in the high jump, triple jump and 4x100 relay as a sophomore … Three-time state meet qualifier in wrestling … Also served as wrestling team captains for two years.
