Biography

2009-10 (Senior Season)
Completed his cross country career at NSU with his fourth straight All-MEAC honor…placed 11th to help NSU win a third title in his four years on the squad.

2008-09 (Junior Season)
All-MEAC in cross country for the third time in his career…came in fifth place at the conference meet in 25:59.88…during indoor season, captured seventh place in the 5,000 meters in a top seasonal time of 15:36.96…All-MEAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing third at the outdoor meet (9:50.29)…season-best steeplechase time was 9:49.08 at the Colonial Relays…placed ninth in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor meet.

2007-08 (Sophomore Season)
All-MEAC in cross country for the second straight year…placed sixth on the 8k course, finishing in 26:27…finished in fourth place in the 5,000 meters at the MEAC Indoor Championship (15:27.49)…took fourth in the 5,000 (15:33.61) and third in the steeplechase (9:54.59) at the conference outdoor championship…ran an outdoor collegiate best time of 15:12.88 in the 5,000 meters at Wake Forest.

2006-07 (Freshman Season)
Named All-MEAC in cross country after coming in fifth at the conference championship meet (25:42.90)… was second among NSU’s runners at the Paul Short Invitational…won the 5,000 meters at UMES’ Coach O Invitational (16:20.49) during the indoor track season…placed second in the 5,000 at the MEAC Indoor Championship (15:28.01)…placed in the top three in two events at the MEAC Outdoor Championship…was the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:49.56)…was third in the 5,000 (15:42.37).
