2008-09 (Senior Season)
Helped NSU to the MEAC cross country championship by placing 10th at the conference meet…earned All-MEAC honors for the fourth time in his career.

2007-08 (Junior Season)
Came in 11th place to earn All-MEAC recognition at the MEAC Cross Country meet (27:14)…ran an indoor season-best time of 1:52.23 in the 800 meters at the Penn State Invitational…ran the first leg on the first-place distance medley relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championship…came in sixth in the 800 and fourth in the mile at the indoor championship…conference outdoor champion and East Regional qualifier in the 1,500 meters (3:59.29)…season-best 1,500 time was 3:57.27 at the Morgan State Legacy meet… finish second in the 800 with a season-best time of 1:52.83 at the Murray Neely Invitational at N.C. A&T…also finished fifth in the 800 meters at the conference outdoor championship.

2006-07 (Sophomore Season)
Earned all-conference honors for the second time in cross country, finishing 11th at the MEAC championship (26:54.30)…placed third in the 800 at the MEAC Indoor Championship (1:54.81)…also ran a leg on the 1,600 relay team that placed third at the conference championship…placed second in both the 800 (1:53.07) and the 1,500 (3:58.08) at the MEAC Outdoor Championship. 

2005-06 (Freshman Season)
Was the team’s Most Improved Runner for cross country season…finished 12th at the MEAC Championship in 25:43.5, earning all-conference honors…was sixth in the 800 meters (1:53.23) and ran on the seventh-place 1,600-meter relay team at the MEAC Outdoor Championship.

2004-05 (Redshirt)
Redshirted.

High School
Two-year letterwinner in track…also played two years each of basketball and football…helped team to Eastern District championship as a junior…800-meter district champion as a senior…also an all-region and all-state performer in the 400 and 800 that year…won the district title in the 400 as a junior…second-team all-district in football as a junior and first-team all-district in basketball as a sophomore.

Keenan B. Harris was born on March 14, 1986…son of Larry Hughes and Dywanna Harris…majoring in electrical engineering.
