2019-20: Did not compete in any meets … NSU AD Honor Roll member for both semesters and also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team.

2018-19: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed in four regular-season meets, running the 400 and 800-meter events … Top 400m time was a 50.66 at the Virginia Grand Prix, good for 16th place … Came in 11th at the Charlotte Invitational (50.74).

High School: A three-year letterwinner at Potomac Senior … Qualified for the state outdoor meet in the 200, 400 and the 4x400 relay his senior year, finishing fifth in the 400 and fourth in the 4x400 … Helped Potomac win the Emerging Elite division of the 4x400 relay at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals … During indoor season, placed fifth in the state in the 300 and 4x400 relay and sixth in the 500 meters … As a junior, was again a state qualifier in the 200, 400 and 500 and with the 4x400 relay teams (both indoor and outdoor) … Placed third at the state indoor meet in the 500 and 4x400 relay, and helped Potomac to a runner-up 4x400 finish at the state outdoor meet … Advanced to the state outdoor meet in the 400 and 4x400 relay as a sophomore.
