8,000 Meters: 25:03.66 (2010 SEC XC Championship)

2012-13: Cross Country: Ran a season-best time of 25:38.30 at the NCAA Pre-National Meet to place first among NSU runners and 89th overall … came in fourth in 25:46.80 to help NSU win the team title at the Great American XC Festival … finished 9th, earning all-conference honors at the MEAC Championship (26:06.17.). Indoor: Took 10th place in the mile run at the UNC Gene Anderson Invitational (season-best 4:31.60) … placed sixth in the 3,000m at the CNU Captains Invitational (9:00.23) … placed fourth in both the 3,000 meters (9:01.17) and 5,000 meters (15:45.12) at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Ran a season-best 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 10:08.63 at the NSU Relays … that was good enough for second place behind teammate Damtew Adnew … was eighth in the steeplechase at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (11:06.94).

At Ole Miss (2011-2012): Cross Country: Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:16.72 at the Greater Louisville Classic ... finished first among Rebels and seventh overall at the Memphis Twilight Classic with a 4-mile time of 20:25 ... placed 18th at the Crimson Classic with an 8K time of 25:33.69 ... helped the Rebels win the Delaware Invitational finishing fifth overall with an 8K time of 26:08.90. Indoor: Won the mile run with a season-best 4:24.66 at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic ... finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Texas A&M Challenge with a season-best 15:15.40 ... also ran a season-best 8:46.88 in the 3,000 meters at the Texas A&M Challenge. Outdoor: Clocked a season-best 8:45.13 to finish in second place in the 3,000 meters at the Memphis Tiger Invitational ... season-best 33:16.15 in the 10,000 meters at the SEC Championships ... finished sixth with a season-best 9:55.00 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Mississippi Open ... season-best 15:48.99 in the 5,000 meters at the Ole Miss Invitational.

At Ole Miss (2010-2011): Cross Country: Earned SEC All-Freshman honors after placing 25th at the SEC Championships ... helped Ole Miss to a fifth-place result at the SEC Championships, the school's best finish since 1996 ... competed and finished third among Rebels at every meet of the season ... season-best 8K time of 25:03.66 at the SEC Championships ... placed 36th with a 31:35.45 in the 10K at the NCAA South Regional ... placed 14th at the Crimson Classic with an 8K time of 25:21.10 ... placed ninth at the Arkansas Tech Twilight Run with a 4-mile time of 20:37.69 ... helped Ole Miss finish second at the Crimson Classic and the Arkansas Tech Twilight Run.
