High School: Four-year letterwinner in track at Phoebus … Qualified for the VHSL 3A state championship in the 100, 200 and 400 as a senior, winning the state title in the quarter-mile … Earned All-American honors with the Phoebus 4x200 indoor relay and 4x400 outdoor relay his senior year … Also earned All-American honors with the PHS shuttle hurdle relay as a junior.
