2012-13: Indoor: Took third place in the weight throw at the CNU Holiday Open (48-6) … captured seventh place at the Penn State Relays with a PR of 49-10 … placed ninth at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a top throw of 47-6.25. Outdoor: Placed third in the discus at the NSU Relays (143-2) … logged a personal-best throw of 145-11, good enough for ninth place, at the MEAC Outdoor Championship.

2011-12: Indoor: Placed seventh in the weight throw at the MEAC Indoor Championship with a season-best throw of 45-11.25 … was also seventh in the same event at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (44-11.50). Outdoor: Came in 10th place at the MEAC Outdoor Championship in the discus with a season-best distance (138-01) … took fourth place at the NSU Relays (137-01).

High School: Lettered four years in track and one each in wrestling, volleyball, football and swimming … finished third an the Beach District outdoor meet in the discus throw … placed eighth in the Eastern Region in the same event … high school PRs were 142-7.5 in the discus, 45-11.25 in the weight throw and 43-10 in the shot put.
