2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll both semesters … Also named to the MEAC All-Academic team for the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. Indoor: Helped the 4x400 meter relay team win the gold medal at the MEAC Championship (3:08.66) … Took second in the 400 meters at the same event (46.64) … Broke the school record as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the East Coast Invitational (3:07.75) … Placed second in the 400 meters at the HBCU Showcase (47.93), before taking fourth in the same event at the Penn State National Open (47.90) … Opened the season with a personal best time of 34.76 in the 300 meters, taking fifth at the Liberty Kickoff … Took first as a member of the 4x400 meter relay at the HBCU Showcase 3:11.44. Outdoor: Clocked a personal best time of 46.00 in the 400-meter prelims, before winning the gold medal in the event with a time of 46.53 at the MEAC Championships … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team take first at the same meet (3:09.34) … Clocked a personal best time of 20.91 in the 200 meters at the NSU Invitational to place second … Took first as a member of the 4x400 meter relay at a pair of meets, including the USF Alumni Invitational (3:05.67), and the Duke Invitational (3:07.03) … Recorded a personal best time of 50.70 to place second in the 400 meter hurdles at the USF Alumni Invitational, before taking second in the same event the following week at the Bill Carson Invitational (52.26).

2023-24: Indoor: Competed in six meets … Took first at the Marlin Invite in the 200 meters (21.43) … Earned first at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge in the 400 meters (47.43) … Recorded a personal best at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 400 meters to place second (46.82) … Also placed fifth at the same meet with a personal best in the 200 meters (21.42). Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Clocked in a first-place time in the 400 hurdles at the NSU Invite (52.29) … Helped the Spartan 4x400 relay team break a school record and earn a first-place finish at the Duke Invitational (3:07.88) … Took second at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, posting a personal best time of 50.72 in the 400 meter hurdles … Also helped the 4x400 relay team to a win at the same meet (3:06.64) … Competed in the NCAA East First Round, taking 11^th in the preliminaries, clocking in at 51.43 in the 400-meter hurdles ... Took second at the USATF U20 Championships in the 4000-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 50.58, sending him to the World Athletics U20 Championships
